Over the past two years, we have been working on a project that not only helps tell the story of who we are, but has become our guiding principles.
Initially it started with us individually, then grew to include each of our communities.
Our guiding words are: Inspire, Community, and Together.
Inspire: Each of us are inspired by something or someone. We push ourselves to be better people. As a person grows up and ages in to adulthood, we want to continue to learn. We want to remain involved in the things we love. Our intent is to continue to inspire our team and our residents to continue to grow.
Community: What does the word community mean to you? To us, our communities are a very important part of who we are. They represent where we are from and have so much to do with who we are.
We encourage each of our employees and our residents to be involved in community groups by volunteering for something they find important to themselves. We ask each of our team members about how are they going to make a difference in their hometowns.
Together: No one person makes a great senior living community. It takes every one working together for one common goal to make it successful. We have an amazing group of people to work with. Each of them care in a way that should set the standard of care for senior living communities. We are proud to call them part our team and in many ways, a part of our family. Thank you to our team for all that they do, day in and day out. Your work is inspiring to us and is very much appreciated by the residents you care for, and by their families who have chosen you to care for their loved one.
It has been an amazing journey so far. We can’t wait to share the stories with you as we go.
